FAQ

Where are the classes held?

Classes are held throughout Portland and Vancouver in different locations,both public and private. Some private organizations/groups allow the public to attend their classes. For upcoming classes that are available to the general public,click here.  To receive updates,please provide your contact information with your inquiry here.

What if I miss a class?

Depending on the location,there may be opportunities to make up the missed class. Check with the trainer. Also,a workbook is provided so you are able to keep up with your training at home. Please contact the trainer so they can provide an update.

What if I’m not able to do an activity?

Every individual is unique. The trainer is able to modify and/or explain the concepts as needed. Always share your concern with the trainer so they can support you.

Is there a lot of homework?

During the 8 weeks you are offered opportunities to do some of the modules at home. You are not required to turn in assignments,simply experience them as time permits. As with most studies that are being learned,the more you practice the better the understanding.

What do I need to bring to class?

A workbook is provided for the duration of the class –you will need to bring this with you to every training class. You are welcomed to bring pen and paper should you wish to take a few notes,and,come prepared to mentally play and workout to several brain modules.
