Like you,we too are concerned for our mental wellbeing. But,we’re highly optimistic. What is known about the brain today is exciting. “Plasticity” is the new buzz phrase. It refers to the brain’s unique lifelong ability to constantly change,grow,and make new connections known as neural pathways.
Research shows we are able to enhance the flexibility of the brain by “exercising” it. Much like physical exercise supports a healthy body,mental exercises can benefit the brain.
Brain Fitness
The Brain-Buzz Fitness program uses all our senses,different learning modalities,and involves the entire brain.
It also focuses on more than just memory. The goal is to engage the entire brain throughout the hour and over several weeks to stimulate neurons and create new synapses. This helps with concentration,memory,and attention. This program can benefit each of us at any age and stage of mental wellness.
The program introduces 12 modules that are based on current research. The modules are more than games and activities. They are designed to provide a balanced work-out to enhance our cognitive functions.
